Headlights, Axles & Wheel Nuts - Buderim Men’s Shed presents a free information night on Men’s Health
Open to all men and anyone interested in keeping them healthy. Hear from three health professionals as they share their expertise to help us navigate health, illness and aging well.
Your Headlights - Clear vision is essential for the accurate and safe operation of the vehicle. Dr de Wet will advise us on how to protect our eyes when doing stuff and what help is available if needed.
Your Wheel Nuts - Moving from working to retirement is a major change in men’s lives and how they see themselves. Existing skills may not be sufficient to navigate the new life and make the most of it. Clayton Kuzma (Psychology For Men) will help us ensure our wheels don’t come loose.
Your Axles & Suspension - Your lower limb joints provide mobility and shock absorption as they move you through life. Craig Allingham *Physio4Men) will improve your understanding of how to look after them, what signs of wear to look for and how to restore their resilience after injury.
