We are a mixed gender club of active retirees, who have a wide range of interests and come from various walks of life. As well as sharing fellowship friendship and fun, we offer support to our members in times of need. Potential members are always very welcome to come along and see what we’re about.
If you would like to try out our club, please email us at buderimeastprobusclub@gmail.com or come along to one of our general meetings held on the first Tuesday of the month.
Our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at Headland Pacific Sports Club, 1 Syd Lingard Drive, Buderim, Queensland. Meetings commence at 10 am but doors open a little earlier to allow time to register and pay.
The meeting cost is $5 per person, which includes lucky door prizes and tea/coffee and biscuits for morning tea. We have a variety of interesting and informative guest speakers and there is plenty of parking.
Meetings finish at about midday and members, if you wish, join for lunch at a chosen venue at their own expense.
Probus clubs are non-political and non-sectarian. They have no fund-raising activities and are non-profit making. The aim is to enjoy fellowship, friendship and fun and to operate at minimum cost to members.
